    Border surrounding entire Report

I was wondering if there is a way to frame or have a border around an entire report. Sure, you can always add a rectangle onto the report's design view and have it cover from corner to corner and make it transparent, but that only applies the border to each record per page and not the ENTIRE page.

I have yet to find any other source that has a solution for this, so I'm thinking it isn't possible, but figured I would ask.
