    Deleting Record Contents, not complete record...

    I know this is something that probably can't be done, but thought I'd ask anyways...

    I'll use an example of what I am looking for...

    Records: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
    Content: Name, Rank, Serial Number



    I am trying to find a way that I can do something like a Delete Query to erase *only* the Content under Record 4, but I want to keep 4 in there as a record that can be filled out again...

    Is there an easy way to do this!?

    To delete only specific fields, you can run an update query and set your fields to 'Null' to erase the content.
