Smile Vertical centering in a Label field?

Vertical centering in a Label field?
    How do Ido it?
    I am using Access 2007.
I created a Label, I assigned a frame, I put the field where I wanted it. But the text is at the top not in the vertical center of the field.

I can do left/right centering but not vertical centering.

Is there a way of doing it?

well - you can stretch it of course....but to force text to one line down/lower...then hold down 'ctrl' when you 'enter' and this moves the following text down a line.....
