Can't see subform in Form View or Layout View

I created a form with a subform and when I try to view it in Form View or Layout View, I can't see the subform. I can see the subform in the Design view though. It was working and then I closed down the file but when I reopened it I couldn't access it. Also, while it was working I was trying to enter data in the form but it wouldn't let me enter information anywhere but the subform.

This generally means there are no records being returned for the RecordSource of the SubForm.
