Access linked table to MS Navision returns #Deleted in some of the table records

    Dear all,

I have established an ODBC connection via Access 365 to MS Navision ERP.

I am then using linked tables to have real time data connection to some specific tables I want to work with.

In some of the tables (other tables are working fine) and in some of the records of these tables (some of the records of these tables are also working fine) I get the result #Deleted in the record fields.

Any idea how to fix this problem? I have found a possibly relevant link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/of...-table-deleted) but even if I follow the instructions of this link and enable the Date & Time Extended data type in Access I still get the same result.

Has anyone encountered the same problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Will be really grateful to anyone who can help.

    Thanks a lot

    Dimitris

not sure about MS NAV, but for normal tables, you will get #DELETED shown until you refresh. Then they vanish.
