    PDF output then to printer

    how to output report in PDF then print it to printer?

    Use DoCmd.OutputTo to create PDF.
    Use DoCmd.OpenReport to send report to printer.

    If you want to build filter with VBA and apply to WHERE argument, first DoCmd.OpenReport to screen with filter criteria, followed by
    DoCmd.OutputTo ...
    DoCmd.PrintOut ...
    DoCmd.Close
