I am wanting to create a database for tracking:
- Our Members
- Contacts (Potential Members)
- Companies that offer us help with space or food
- Vendors who sponsor us
Then from the Members I want make sure we capture
- Date of Membership
- ISC2 Member Number
- Phone
- If they are student (Free Member)
Once I have that I would like to be able to track o how many memberships we have grown by or decreased by year over year.
I have taken the Contact Management Template and modified it to these fields but not sure if I have everything I need.
