    report with 4 columns

    how to setup a report with 4 columns each page?


    and with group header (eg.Category1) as shown in attached photo.

    Use 4 subforms , 1 for each column

    you only need the one subform form used for all subforms- change the contents for each category by using the linkchild/master properties of the subform control to link to a (perhaps hidden) textbox for each column on the main report
