if all fields are "YES/NO" fields, you can do sums on each field. because YES = -1, NO=0. the sum equal number of YES , in negative.

If you want to be really tricky you can even multiply the final result by -1 to get the value as a positive number... shocking, I know...
hmm....and there's absolutely no way to do it in Access? This is a large database. Having two forms makes it a bit more complicated.
We are talking about doing it in Access. Not Excel.
