    SELECT DISTINCT but one field.....

    example of my data

    Date Time Participant Id Action
    12/6/2022 7:40:39 PM random.joe@email.com Joined
    12/6/2022 7:02:53 PM random.joe@email.com Joined
    12/6/2022 8:07:04 PM random.joe@email.com Left
    12/6/2022 7:40:26 PM random.joe@email.com Left

What I want to do, without making 32 queries, is select the earliest joined and latest left.

Creating a few queries one that just grabs joined, one that grabs left...too easy, and sorting ascending and descending respectively is also easy.
However, I cant figure out how to SELECT DISTINCT the name field BUT still get the appropriate data from the other fields.

My intent is a make table query that will give me two records for my example, random.joe joined 7:02 and random.joe left at 8:07
