When I read these last (2) responses, I started laughing (out loud actually.)
As I was composing this post, I realized that what I am asking for is completely parallel to what you are describing (a vindictive response to getting sacked...) And with that though, said to myself: "You are never going to get a response on this..."

But I did, and in the dialogs, learned a few things (a compilation error is not a runtime error; you can cycle through modules, Chip's article on Applications Extensibility...)

In the end, I guess leaving a few crumbs behind will be what it be (else as Welshgasman has said: "else why say it's purpose".)

    w/ much appreciation,
    thnx,

    m.

I did give this some thought, and couldn't think of any way of completely evaporating all trace of the deed.
The nearest I could come up with was a deep hidden table that contained enough to make things work, and that everything else would be deleted.

Or if you wanted to get really devious create a text file from access that does the dirty work, and then next time access opens it checks for that and deletes it, but then you'd still have the check for the text file in there.....

    Hi guys,
Please have a look at the attached sample, I think I got it working. It will show the splash when you first open it, so hold the Shift to bypass if you want to inspect the code first. I included copies of all the involved objects so you could easily reset it (you need to remove the "vc" from the function name when copying and pasting the "Copy of modNothing" as "modNothing".
