    Access Report Automatic Formatting

    Hi



    I have a Query Purchase Orders in the database. When i generate report i am not understanding its how to format so that all columns can fit on one page and automatically adjust the heights of rows according to the text.

    Please help out.

    Data shows in report by binding textboxes. You arrange the textboxes however you want.

    Set textbox CanGrow property to allow height to adjust.

    Really basic functionality.

    Possibly you should spend some time with an introductory book or online tutorials.
