I want to create a database using 6 tabs. The first tab is for school construction information such as name of school, address, ...). The remaining tabs are reserved for different contruction areas such as Doors, Ceilings, Walls, Windows, and plmbing. In each of these contruction areas I want a list of tasks that the building needs, with a check box next to each. For instance, for DOORS, the tasks may contain repaint door frame, replace door, missing hardware and etc. The user can go to each tab and click the check box next to the task that needs to be completed. A report can then be created that has the school information, and each construction area (headings) following by the tasks associated with each area listed.I want the different tasks listed individually, and not in a list or drop down box. What is the best way to accomplish this?
