    this is an extra field I created just to show the contents of the txtQtyYN field. As you can see, it too shows the same #Name! error

    Because you are missing the double-quotes around the field name (and you don't need to enclose it in square brackets if it doesn't have a space or other special character)...

    not sure that is quite correct.

    1. Copy your image (ctrl C) - or use the snipping tool
    2. click on the Insert Image button (4th in from the right),
    3. select choose file on the From Computer tab

    Funny, I don't get those options. Dialog looks much the same except it says
    Browse... and No File Selected, not
    Choose File... and No file chosen
    and I get no clipboard option.

    strange - I'm using the Opera browser. Just tried Edge and Chrome - and I get what you get
