Is there no way where the user can just choose from here:

So the User can just choose in the column "JaOderNein" and in the report the Value of "Position 20" of all those selected are displayed.

Not a good way to do it, IMO and prior experience, but if you insist, it's just a matter of "Select * from tbl20 where JaOderNein = -1" or in your open report method use "JaOderNein = -1" in your where argument.
Don't forget to run an update query afterwards to clear all the selections.
