How to use mobile device to read and enter data into my app

I've searched every way I know how and I can't find anything that's getting the results I want.

So I have an Access application that is running on a laptop. This app supports a Koi Show, here is what I would like to do:

    • Let a user of an iPad or other mobile device log into my laptop and see my Access screens via their web browser
    • I would have specific forms they would interact with. They would need to see data and update/add
    • It would be a bonus if they could also take pictures and I store them on my HD while storing the location of the files in the Access DB

I feel like this is possible but I don't know what's needed. I don't really want to host anything on the internet, seems like overkill.

    Any thoughts?
