    Table in Report looks correct but doesnt print correctly.


    see attachments. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

    First image is the print? What is wrong?

    1st image is what it prints like, 2nd image is what is shows prior to print. look at the space to the right of the Line Total on the 1st image of how it actually prints.

    And there was me thinking it was the coloured rows not being the same?

    DaveGRI has nailed it. The form (subform/ sub report) has space allowed on it for the scroll bar.
    Obviously that vanishes when it's rendered for printing, hence the mis-alignment
    DLookup Syntax and others http://access.mvps.org/access/general/gen0018.htm

    Are you using a form as a subreport? Build a report instead.
