Report Design view not responsive when moving objects when connected to internet

Hi all, I need some help.

Moving objects in Report design view causes the app to become unresponsive for 5-15 seconds after 2-4 arrow key presses. This only happens when connected to the internet.

    To reproduce
Create a new access database, go to Report Design - insert a text box. Press left/right arrow key.

    What I've done -
    Repaired office
    Reinstalled office
    cmd admin - flush dns
    cmd admin - sfc scannow
    updated ethernet driver
Performed all steps listed here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...7-7a14addab6be

What is it like if you drag with the mouse?

The app freezes as soon as the object is dropped down

Maybe take a look at your resources demand when db is open by looking in Task Manager (maybe ctrl+shift+esc for you).

There was no noticable difference to the cpu graphs either.(Before/during/after a freeze)

    SOLVED!

I figured out the issue. My Ms Access default printer was a network printer. Changing it to Microsoft Print to PDF fixed the freezing.

I take it that you mean there was no major user of resources, not just Access as you've posted.
Did you test this problem in a new db or has it always been the same one when you have the issue? If other db's are ok, I sense corruption of the one you're posting about.
EDIT - posted before I saw your solution. Thanks for letting us know!

Nice one, but I must say, that I have had that setup in the past and no such issues?
