access reports - get % from 2 calculated fields

I am running a quarterly report - the report sums revenue and sums goal and % over/under goal by each period. I have the quarterly amounts totals for both revenue and goals working in the footer but when I try to get % for quarter I just get the total of each period % not the correct % for the quarter. If I remove sum function, i just get the last period %.

Not enough info but if you are only putting in the footer, maybe that is the issue. Are you grouping by Quarter, you could put the Quarter totals and percentage there? What is your calcuated field to do the percentage? You doing that in the query or on field on the report?
