Audut Trail for tracking changes done in form along with the logged in Username via Login form

    Hello,

I want to create Audit Trail for the Ms Access Forms where it tracks the changes done to the form with formname, date/time, changes done along with who did the changes via login form.

Could any one please help me in the code for the same? I need it urgently.

    Thanks

    nnn,

Some clarity please. You say "changes done to the form" which sounds like design changes to a form??
Typically an audit trail is for tracking changes to data values in the underlying tables.

Be cautious of the Martin Green version--see this.
