    Reports that can link back to a specific record in a form

    I have a database that I want to be able to click on a "name" in a report and be able to go to that specific record in the original form to make changes in. We have committees and I need to be able to look at the report of all committees and members and then want to click on a name to be able to revert back to that person and change their committee without searching through every form. When I use the OpenForm command I get the form to open but only to the first record, not the specific record I clicked on???

    Thanks in advance for the help.

    @maceddie318,
    Welcome to the forum....

    It depends on your tables and relationships. I would search on the member name, then open a form that has a sub form for committees.
    Would you post a copy of your dB (change any sensitive data)? Only needs maybe 10 records.

    How do you determine the person you want if there are 2 members are named Joe Smiths?
