    Post Lost on how to get subreports showing how I would prefer.

    I have nearly finished a report for the sales data we do at our ranch. Thanks to the wonderful help I received before I was able to get It all working, except now I need it to create a receipt showing the data from the queries QSales, QPayments, and QPickups in one report, with or without sub reports. Is this even possible to do? attached is a copy of my work and the basic format the receipt should be in if possible.

    You can open the report by filtering 1 single client shown on the form (txtID):

    docmd.openreport "rMyReport",,,"[ClientID]=" & txtID

    I have already got it to where it opens based off from a combo box on a form, that then updates the queries, opens the report, then recloses the queries. I just need the report to show all three queries, and then be able to do some rough calculations using the information on the three of them.

    This DB is based on the DB you uploaded back in the middle of June, as I had already made modifications to that one.

    I'm sorry it took so long to reply. I'm ranch hand going in and out of haying. Anyways I need to be able to display results for just one buyer at a time on the report, as this report is meant to be printed off to show them what has been bought, what they have got, and what they have payed, eventually I need it to show what they owe, and what is owed to them.

    @Davegri
    there is also an issue where it repeats the data, also I have updated the doc again, but might still consolidate to one report

    I don't know if its worth trying to put in one report when I could just print three times at this point
