Unhappy VBE7.dll is causing Access crash after Microsoft Update

Situation: MS Update KB5015807 is installed on our machine's. Since then all of our clients have an issue with opening an Access Application. It immediately crashes. The Event Viewer show the following:

Faulting application name: MSACCESS.EXE, version: 16.0.14931.20604, time stamp: 0x62c8c3d5

Faulting module name: VBE7.DLL, version: 7.1.11.23, time stamp: 0x629ec6f8

    Exception code: 0xc0000005
    Fault offset: 0x000afe55
    Faulting process id: 0x1b70
    Faulting application start time: 0x01d8a193ce8e242b
    Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Root\Office16\MSACCESS.EXE
    Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA7.1\VBE7.DLL
    Report Id: c320393e-8a4e-4cdf-be0d-e83feb231244
    Faulting package full name:
    Faulting package-relative application ID:

VBE7.DLL first was probably stored at : C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\vfs\ProgramFilesCommonX86\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA7.1 . However, the Acces Application shows as Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VBA7.1\VBE7.DLL . So we just copied this dll to the new folder.

However, still the Access-application still crashes right after starting with the same error. It occurs on each computer since the MSupdate.

What is the best approach to tackle this issue?

    Windows version: Windows 10
    Update version with KB5015807
    Windows Build:
    19044.1826
    VBE7.dll : 7.1.11.23
    Access.exe: 16.0.14931.20604

we've had to rollback installs that caused Access problems. Then it works.

Program files (x86) is the location for 32bit apps, 64bit apps are found in the program file folder. So just speculating whether updates are focusing on 64bit apps whilst 32bit is ignored or subject to less rigorous testing?
