simple report with grouping and page breaks

I'm new to Access - trying so hard to make a report for charity that for experienced user would be so easy. Quick help with 'create report' most appreciated.

Raw Data fields from spread sheet: 3 fields - Birth Date Recipient; Donor name; recipient name.
    example: BD Donor recipient
row 1- July 1 Mary Jones Sally Smith
row 2- July 1 John Dean Sally Smith
row 3- July 1 Sue Gale Sally Smith
row 4- July 1 Jim Jones Bob Smith
    Report needed with sample data:

    July 1
Count for Recipient Sally Smith 3

    Mary Jones
    John Dean
    Sue gale

    July 1
Count for Recipient Bob Smith 1
    Jim Jones

Groups first By BD and then Recipient - with Donors then listed.

But most important is that the report NOT have a donor group spanning more than 1 page - in other words, before starting the next recipient, if the donors would span to the next page, a Page Break is needed before that Recipient to prevent span to next sheet.

If someone fluent in Access reports could give me a hand here I (and my Cancer Research Charity) would be most grateful. Thank you.
    Peter

Have you looked at the group section KeepTogether property?

Even if each recipient is started on a new page, could be enough donors to span multiple pages.

Yes, but in our membership not enough people to have this problem for a single recipient. Thanks.
    Looking forward to guidance. Peter
