Export MS access query data to specific XML format

I am trying to figure out how to fill a pdf form with data from MS Access. Proving amazingly difficult. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC seemed to have no functionality, so I switched to FoxIt. There I found I can populate a form from xml. But the XML Access gives me is not in the format that FoxIt wants to see. If I go to my FoxIt form and expert to XML I of course get the format FoxIt wants to see. And if I fill it by hand, go back to FoxIt and import, I get my desired results.

I cannot figure out, though how to export to XML in the right format.
