Do newer version include some multi-language support inherently?

I've been researching multi-language apps in this forum and elsewhere and I found these:

Some of the ideas are good, but before I meander down those paths,
I'd like to make sure newer versions of Access (like my 2021) don't already have some hooks for multiple language support for the developer.



If not, have you seen any newer approaches that seem viable?

You can change the language Access uses by changing it in Access options.
However that doesn't change the language used for form and report captions in your Access apps.
To do that, you could make use of my example app Translate & Speak (isladogs.co.uk)
