Did you try copy/paste or import?
How to attach file: To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Use the External Data drop down and select Access database.

Then select the database you want to copy from and it provide a list of all the objects.
    Select the ones you want.

Or you can import the objects into the new database
Or use drag and drop. See Drag & Drop Access Database Objects - YouTube
