Generating a list of information for one person

I have a database that has trainings that are overdue for a company. It has the training number, individual, supervisor, and date the training was due in each row. I want to print a report that has the preson and super and then each training they are late on. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Certainly. Apply filter to the date due field. WHERE DateDue <= Date()

Now, if you want all of a person's training combined into a single string of data, that requires VBA. Review http://allenbrowne.com/func-concat.html
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
