What about my newer Access version?

Access reports that I have this version, 2021.
But I can't add that to my profile.

Or the administrator could get into the tables for the forum and just add recent versions.

Or I could just add it to the post with what platform I'm running on (since I have different development and user environments). Oh wait, I always try to remember to do that.

Sure could. If he/she is a volunteer like the rest of us, then maybe it's not a huge priority, especially if you don't know there's a new version unless someone points it out. It's not like there's always automatically a new version based on each successive year. Regardless, just trying to help as usual.

I wouldn't worry. OP was complaining about not being able to add a signature as well. Was shown where, I can you and I both answered on the 21st June, and still has not created one.

I followed the instructions of the sticky post on how to make attachments,
and sure enough, here is one that comes in way too big.
What was missing were instructions on how to size down the attachment on the forum end.
    I'm ready to learn. How?

usual method is to zip the file - use the standard windows offering on right clicking on the file (send to compressed folder). Not everyone has 7 zip and other variations.

If you are talking about an overly large image file which won't compress, options are save in a more compressible format, use a lower resolution and crop as much as is feasible

Yes, I was talking about the image that was uploaded. I've already sent zip files of some samples, so I got that covered.
I keep looking for handles to drag the image smaller, like most forum software has.

It's my experience that you have to resize the image - i.e. alter 500x350 to 250x175 for example. Or can do as I often do - use Snagit or some other type of screen capture software and drag to make a smaller image (or have to do both).
