How to make larger files available? And resize images?

Hi wanted to post a rather complicated question in design.
So I created a .pdf file and a .accdb file with samples to work from, so people wouldn't have to recreate samples.

    Can't bigger files be attached?

And how can I resize the image snip below (I would think select and grabbing an edge should work)?

Oh, it dropped the image and reported:

I'll try to paste the image again:
    Nope,
So now I'll try it as an attachment.

Nope, it keeps think I wrote a lot of characters when it's just an attached .jpg file.

I can't seem to show any .jpg files without an error happening with posting.

No text this time, just the attachment.

It wouldn't let me post without text.

Probably thinks you are a spammer. Suggest zip the file before uploading
