Duplicate Main form & Sub form. ‘Run-time error '3061'; Too few parameters. Expected 2.’

I am trying to utilise Allan Browne’s code to duplicate some fields from a main form and a sub form. http://allenbrowne.com/ser-57.html

To enable me to clarify what I need to change etc, I have used his code in the Northwind DB as he has suggested but I when I click on the command button, I get the following ‘Run-time error '3061'; Too few parameters. Expected 2.’

When I go to debug the following is highlighted in yellow ‘DBEngine(0)(0).Execute strSql, dbFailOnError’

Can anyone please help me in resolving this issue?

Double-check your field names to make sure you have the right ones in the SQL string.
