Query retuning unpopulated fields - when the fields have data

    Hi everyone

hope you can help I've set a query to return data back from a form so i can report on it.
I've done some test data and i am only getting two MainID showing data, any of the other test data does not return data.
I have checked the table and the data for all of the mainID test data is there ok, even when i look on the form, the test data is there fine.
but will not pull through the qry?? i think i may have a relationship wrong but . meh unsure. lol

    I've included some screenshots.

    Look at your joins.
Start with your main table and add the others and their joins.
I have no ideas as to why a ClientID should match a ClientName?

    hi Xps53
    yes I think so
so the the tbl_costing_estimates is also a qry to form which some data is kept
the materials is a sub form on the costing estimate form and again with estimate notes.
