Conditional Formatting stopped working then works fine if anything is altered in design view

I've had no issues with my report until a couple days ago. When the database is opened and I go to the report none of the conditional formatting is shown. If I go to design view and alter anything at all but go back to the exact way it was (add a button and delete it, change the name of something then change it back, anything at all) then go back to report view all of the conditional formatting is there and working fine. I'm very new at access and used mostly wizards and simple macros. Thanks!

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Is image showing real data? Really have two entities named Frank & Finnean and another Frank & Ginnean?

I'd suggest making a db copy then open the copy and perform Compact/Repair (Database Tools on the Ribbon). If it works and all is OK, make the copy your new working db and save the other as a backup.

    DATABASE TO TROUBLESHOOT.zip

Haha thanks for the catch of the misspelled name!
To see the issue, click on Project Status Board from the main menu.
    Thank you!

    It's working for me.

Have you tried on another computer?

Well. I had tried it on another computer and the formatting wasn't there, but now that I've tried it on more, it does work on all our other office computers. Any insight?
