Product Bundles

I'm looking for a functionality of selling product bundles. The specifics:

• I have physical products (Product A, Product B, Product C...), which can be sold on its own, have their price, EAN, Serial number...)
• These products can also be sold together in a bundle (Bundle A contains Products A and B), this bundle has its own price as well (no EAN nor serial number)

If I sell a bundle, I will pick the products from stock and ship them in a single package. I need to track serial numbers used in the bundle.

So, long story short, I need the bundle to appear as a product (track sales, invoices...), but I need to keep track or warehouse movements of the specific products used in the bundle. And each product can also be sold separately.

Is there an easy way to model this?
