Fyi your attachment failed, you might try again. Make sure the chart's source doesn't have the mystery data.

Why is there is no chart in report?
Strongly advise not to use spaces nor punctuation/special characters in naming convention.

Highlight which bar is at the beginning of the chart that represents data that does not exist.
You have 10279 for record 20 with no date?
