    Of course related data can be displayed. More than one way to accomplish.

    1. include as column in combobox or listbox and expression in textbox reference combo/list box column index: =[comboboxname].Column(x)

    2. include lookup table in form RecordSource and bind textboxes to fields, set as Locked Yes and TabStop No to prevent edit

    3. DLookup()
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

    Hi davegri

    It does not appear to be sinking in for some reason.

    I gave him an exact copy of your previous example.

    This is why I asked for a screenshot of his Form.

    I Think I got it. I needed two separate queies. #1 includes the self join and is the basis for the 'search' combo. #2 querie. includes the pk from members AND the IDSponserFK. When a combobox is based on this query it stores the MemberPK in the IDSponserFK, which makes the rest of the Sponser fields available. This was a very frustrating learning experience.... hope this helps someone. Thanks to all who tried to help..
