Building report

Hi I am looking for some advice on any good books (or any advice on how to) that will help me build a report that will incorporate a table on one page?



the query table I have has the sort of headers listed and under the headers are the group of info I need to show on 1 page of the report, but am hitting a wall on how to create that without ending up with each name being on separate pages?

NAME	PROGRAMME	GROUP	NUMBER CODE
Joe Bloggs	YEP	Skills	01
Mrs Bloggs	YEC	Training	02
Mr Bloggs	FOR	Routes	03

Make a copy.
Delete all records.
Create a few ficticious records to illustrate the problem.
Follow instructions at the top of this page on how to attach the file.

Have you tried Google or youtube for youtube ms access report? Lot's of info.
