Creating and linking a seperate thing

Sorry for the title I don't know what to call what I'm trying to do.
I am creating a garden and produce tracking database.

I want to link a form or query or something to my table that I can click on it and it will go to another page/form/whatever
that I can then create a recipe.
Please help, I've been trying to teach myself but I just can't work it out.

I would like to have something that when I click on either Salsa or sauce....
    Recipes Salsa
    Sauce

It then opens something like this:
    Ingredients Amount Method
    Chilli 5 Chillis
    Onion 2 Onions

Is there anyway this can even happen?

If you search for ms access recipe database you'll get 9 million hits. Maybe one of the free versions will be what you need?

    Hi

The normal setup would be a Main Form based on the Recipes table
With a subform based on the Ingredients
You can PM me if you need further help.
