Database has become single user, why? How do I get it back to multi-user

    Hi,

I hope someone can help. After 5 years of working fine, my database is now suddenly only allowing a single user to access it at a time. It's a split back end, front end database, with the back end on a shared server and each user having a local copy of the front end. Our IM department is looking into it, but I was wondering if there are any settings I could have inadvertently changed.

Can anyone help even with suggestions of what I should look at. I found a couple of stack overflow articles that I'll try and follow but they are confusing.

Thanks in advance and if you need any more information, please do let me know.

    Robyn

Update office on ALL computers that access it, safer to update ALL regardless.
It is caused by an MS bug. Google will supply more indo.

Here, I'll do it for you https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-d079a46f5acc

Thank-you. I have passed this information onto the IM department, hopefully they will act on it quickly.
