how do i delete a module? cannot find any right click / remove option anywhere

I'm stumped. Where is the option to remove a module i no longer want.
or do i just delete the contents and leave an empty module on the list.

google suggests there is a right click option somewhere, but i'll be darned if i can find it.
i've tried the project window and the properties window, but neither one gives me a remove option.

    help please.

    thank you.

Highlight the item and press the delete key?

Can you alter anything in the dB? ie, is it read only?

From the Access Navigation Pane right click menu item is Delete, from VBA module list it is Remove.

Delete key works only in Navigation Pane.

I would rename it first (I prepend xx or zz or anything that will put it to the bottom of the list) and wait to see what that will break sooner or later. After a while I will probably get around to deleting. If you don't do something similar, you might want to ensure you have a backup that contains the code you're going to delete.

I wish I had screen shots from yesterday to prove that there was never any option in any right click menu.

today, I have "remove [modulename]" just as expected.

    thanks for looking/
