"You Can't go to the Specified Record"

Hi all, I am running into a couple of coding problems in regard to a database in which i have put together for my work. Recently i have tried to add personell records to which i have a button which allows me to save and then prompts to add more personell. When i click the "add more personell" i get an error message appear saying " You can't go to the specified record" is there something i am missing here.

Make sure the form's Allow Additions property is Yes, and that the form's record source allows you to add a new record.

Can you upload the database with no confidential data?
