Allowing multi-select in a list box

I am trying to create a form that prompts a user to select (multi-select) customer names for a report from a list box. The selections do not need to be stored anywhere, they just need to be used to run the report for specific customer(s). I've been doing a lot of searching and I keep seeing that there is supposed to be a multiselect property in the properties for the field, but I do not have that option

    Any thoughts ?

When that happens to me (rarely) it is because the selected item in design view is not what I think it is when I'm looking at the properties.
