Exporting 3 queries to 3 textfile

Ok I won't get too technical but I have a little problem!

Is it possible in access to export let's say every 50 minutes the content of 3 queries to 3 different textfiles? those textfiles needs to be deleted and recreated each times since the queries content will change by the time the export will happen...

Sorry for my bad english :S

setup a timer of 50 minutes, in the timer procedure, export the 3 queries.

Ok thx but I have some more question... I have like 10 people working with the db and every 50 minutes everyone of those 10 people will export it? will it be stressful for the db ?

and I know the timer procedure but where do I put it ?

I reply one hour ago but it was lost, maybe I close the window too quick and it was not submitted.

A timer is set for a form, not for a database. If 10 users run/open the form, yes, it run 10 time every 50 minutes. But open the database does not run the timer event.

you can do a search for Access Timer, you will get more details and better examples than I can write here.

Of course, you can get back here if you can not find any clue or have any question. we are always willing to help.
