Formatting Data Label on Access Modern Chart

Has anyone figured out how to format a data label on a modern chart?

I have added several Modern Charts to a form. I would like to show the data associated with the chart by adding data labels, but I cannot figure out how to format the labels so they present the data well. The current labels have over 10 digits and use scientific exponents. I cannot find a property on Property sheet for data label, and the format window only has check box for "display labels." Trying to click on label does nothing. There does not appear to be anyway to format the label.

    Thank you

I realize this is an older thread/post.
I've never used modern chart, but Phil S has a video on Modern Charts that may be helpful for you.
Good luck, and let us know how things go.
