    Family Expense Data details.

I would like to share with you some information about this database.
I am foreigner, work in the saudi Arabia. Every month I have so support my Family expensive and Parent medicine support, children study expensive..
For that I will every month send to money my father and My wife account

My father control the family expensive.

My wife control the members Study and others what their needs.

When I have remittance transfer to my wife account,
She will send to my 3 children MOBILE Account for their hostel fee, Tuition fee, food and other expensive.
Moreover, she will send to my two sister account for their hostel fee, Tuition fee, food and other expensive.

Then my wife will send to me all of expensive list in end of the month .
    example 1 :
She send money to NAIF (my Son) mobile account = 12000
after that NAIF send to list to his mom all of expense.
    "Naif " is Hostel fee - 1500
    Tuition fee - 2500
    Food Allowance -3500
    Others expensive - 2500

HIS total expense is 10000 And Balance (HAND CASH) is 2000.

    Example 2 :
    Fatima (my sister)
She require 35000 for month of August. And my wife send to her Account.
She also give a List of the expense details with invoice. Like

    Hostel fee - 9000
    Tuition fee - 3000
Gym or Sport fee - 3500
    Food Allowance -8000
    Others expensive - 3000

HER total expense is 26500 And Balance in Account is 8500.

all of the thing and transaction I can't remembers always, Some times I feeling crazy if anyone (members) calling me Or send message for sending money. because I dont know how much money their expense and how much have their account or hand cash.

so, If I have the recorded all of the history that I search and easily to know.
How can I create this database easily and correctly recorded.

Thank you very much, any help will be appreciate.

That is a very broad question. You could buy an off-the-shelf accounting package like Quickbooks or MicroSoftMoney or look at free MicroSoft template "Personal Account Ledger" available at Featured Access templates (microsoft.com).
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
