I have 4 checkboxes (certificate, renewed, bond 1, bond 2) in my query. I want the query to display all records that have these checkboxes selected. When I use the "True" criteria under these fields, it displays only those records that have all 4 boxes selected. I want the query to show these individually, but in the same query. For example, one record could have only renewed and bond 1 selected, but they will still be displayed, even though they don't have the other 2 checkboxes checked. How can do I do this? I only know the basics of access, so any help is greatly appreciated.
