    As others suggest, query is simplest. Do the query like this. Nothing at all need be changed in the table. The form need not be involved. Export the query instead of the table, whenever the table data is ready.

    THANKS I believe this has worked AND it solved another issue i was going to ask about but this helped circumvent it! :P

    actually no, the website builder can NOT do it, which is why i had to figure it out on access
