Currently For Each Term the Students select Subjects.

So Student A in Term 1 studies Subjects as follows:- English, Maths, Biology etc...

So with the addition of Examination Types would it be as follows:-

Student A in Term 1 would have Examination Type 1 and sits an Examination for English, Maths, Biology etc...

kindly check at the updated database it gives me an error:- "YOU CANNOT ADD OR CHANGE A RECORD BECAUSE A RELATED RECORD IS REQUIRED IN TABLE "TBLTERMS"

Can you explain what you are trying to achieve by using the "Take Student to Another Stream" ???

A student can be moved from one stream to another stream.

What does Stream stand for?

Do you want to keep a History of which Stream a Student was in?

A student can be in any stream for a certain time and can be moved to any stream after some time.

Hi again. After preparing reports, how do you access reports based on years, grade, term and examination type. For example we are in 2021 and I want to see reports for TERM ONE 2020 CAT 1 FOR A CERTAIN GRADE

Hello once again. Thanks for your help. At least I have known Ms access because of you. Now, i have developed main report and subreports but there is a problem. All subreports reflect on the main report except for subreports on rptYearTermsSubreport which I derived from frmYearTermsSubform. I will be grateful if you assist me. I tried to create a requery event on current from rptGradeYearsSubreport which I also derived from frmGradeYearsSubform. Thanks in advance. God bless you.
