    Report print view

Am trying to have my categories printed on a single page according how they can fit, but because some categories have few items under them they seem to print and leave space under them, and that's the problem, i want them to print without leaving any blank space under at least if they're last. i attached two images label1 and two so i want the fourth page categories to print under page 3.

Any help i will be appreciated.

    Hi
In the Image uploaded i fail to see where there is a Blank Row anywhere?

It might be easier to upload a zipped copy of the database

In the report section settings make sure you don't have "Keep Together" set to yes.
Also check if you have set it to force new page anywhere.
