Hide Duplicates In Look Up Form

Hi. Simple question if you know the answer . . . which, unfortunately, I don't.

I have a table with department and jobs. There are several departments and, within each department, several jobs. These department and jobs have been attached to other fields (such as training items).

All I need to do is create a combo box that lists each department once for a query form.

Usually, I create a query to select unique department from the table, then use this query as data source of the combo box.

The condensed version of this would be to simply use the statement for the combo instead of creating an extra object.
